VELO, LLC renovated Château de Falloux, Loiré Valley, France which started with the financing and acquisition, construction management, interior design, landscape architecture, property management, event planning, marketing, and finalized with its sale. The entire project was completed on time and under budget.
December 2001 - February 2018
Hale Ali’i Beach House, Maui, Hawaii project included the land acquisition and financing, site planning, construction management, interior design, landscape architecture, property management, marketing, and eventual sale which exceeded original expectations for profit because of its high standard of luxury.
